Always Eat After 7PM- Yay or Nay?

As someone who wasn't much of a breakfast eater before, transitioning my eating to later in the day was totally doable. One of the things I appreciate most about “ Always Eat After 7 PM ” i s the freedom the plan provides in terms of food choices. I never feel deprived. Its also nice to be able to eat a full dinner with my family and truly enjoying it. Joel includes a great mix of personal experience, motivational talk (you can definitely see why he is a successful personal trainer!) and recipes. For me the recipes are key in my success on any diet or food plan because I'm not a natural chef. I can't just throw some items together and come up with dinner. Haha. I did read your rant though and I agree. SITs does allow women (an men) to have a place to showcase their talents, be it crafting, writing, bitching, etc! It is all very entertaining to me.
If people are using blogs as "slam books", then they should really go back to 6th grade.
I started my blog as a place to share pictures with family that was far away. Nobody ever left comments. Once I joined SITs, my blog grew in different directions and I find it really fun to share the things I've made or things my kids did, etc. Who knew?
