Hehe that's lots of fun! Just stopping by to say hi - I've been light on my commenting this last week. Took a bit of a hiatus to spend more time catching up on some reading I was behind on. :)
I'll be heading over to your guest blog, but just wanted to congratulate you on your awesome taste in books. Have you read The Host by Stephenie Meyers? I thought it was better than twilight and there better be a movie soon!
Ok I came here from SITstas looking for your ETSY blog/store... Can't find it anywhere. lol I hate being lost in the blogosphere. There is no one to guide me ;(
JUST STOPPED BY YOUR FEATURED HOUSE BLOG ON MIMI'S, AND LOVE YOUR PAINT COLOR IN YOUR BEDROOM--CONTEMPLATION! WHO IS IT BY? AM LOOKING FOR A "BLUE" FOR MY MASTER ROOM/BATHROOM, AND THAT COLOR SEEMS TO BE IT!
If you are here for a quick, happy visit, you may want to move on, I am about to rant. {I do violate my own style and use the "f" word for referring to itself. You'll understand why.} When Heather and I started SITS last year, we thought it would be great to have a place where any women blogger could get featured, find blogs, and participate in a positive, welcoming space. And, of course, to cement their reign, they need people to ignore or snicker about. I did high school {and while I ac...

You all know how I feel about the importance of optimism and resiliency in the successes I've had in my life and how important it is to pass those on to my son. Did you know my company is named "Bright Future Managment"? Doesn't get more optimistic than that! A few months ago, I was contacted by a PR firm representing Pepperidge Farm. They were interested in interviewing me for a faculty position for Fishful Thinking , an initiative that offers parents tools for fostering optimism in kids. Now, as the director of one of LA's largest and oldest private summer camps, I get contacted to participate in all kinds of things for kids... usually, I pass, as I want to spend all my free time with my boys. But in this case, the message and the presentation was so incredible, I jumped at the chance and agreed to the interview. Within the first 5 minutes of the interview I wa...
So, this is my 100th post. It's time to C.E.L.E.B.R.A.T.E. One hundred rants and raves. One hundred laughs. One hundred memories. I am actually feeling a bit sentimental! In honor of my 100th post, I am having a contest. $100 American Express Gift Card. To win? Leave me a comment telling me which of my posts is your favorite. Want an Extra TWO Entries?
