A little more about the book. Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, the Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, and the Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good. This set up makes total sense to me and by breaking it into 3 parts, feels achievable. One day at a time. Joel doesn't overwhelm the reader, which I really appreciate. Instead, he weaves science and story with facts and data to provide a comprehensive plan. 

Skipping breakfast is key. Which is a big plus for me, as I've never been a breakfast person. Knowing I can eat a bigger meal at dinner and maybe even dessert (yes, I said it!) is motivation enough to put off eating earlier in the day.

One of the best parts of the book are the tips. The more info I have, the more in control I feel and the better my chances are that I'll stick to the diet. Joel really provides a sold foundation.
