Weekend of Women

I had the pleasure and privlidge of spending this weekend with a group of women who I trust and adore completely. We meditated, drank delicious wine, ate amazing food, practiced Yoga, painted intuition and danced for hours. Swam in an ionically charged pool and relaxed in an infra-red jacuzzi. Slept in the glass gazebo under the stars and woke to a new day of beauty.

Dear Meditation Mamas,

I wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude. This weekend was nothing short of incredible.

I'd like to begin my thanking each and everyone of you for bringing your energy, enthusiasm and love. I felt it every minute.

Leon- Thank you for nourishing our bodies. Your culinary creations were fabulous. You are a good man to a good women.

Erica- I just love who you are. You bring out my inner girl which takes me to a new level of joy. Thank you for being my sounding board and partner in crime. I love you so much.

Natalie- I have decided that the giggle bed is definitely it's own form of meditation. You added a year to my life. Too bad you lost 10 years of your own.

Francie- For having the courage to be first. Now get to reading.

Gina- For being my voice. Everything is exactly as it should be. You will come out on the other side, I promise.

Veronica- For stepping outside your comfort zone. I am thrilled and amazed at your leaps and bounds.

Rachel- For trusting and allowing me to hold sacred space.

Erieka- For nurturing. Anyone, anytime. You are comfort.

Jamie Grace- For holding space for strangers who are now friends. For selfless teaching. "Follow your bliss and doors will open where there were no doors before."

Colleen- For the joy that radiated from within.

Dani- For manifesting the entire event. People were changed safe in your presence and basking in your love. For the planning, preparation and intention. The future is so bright, girl. I gotta wear shades.

Love to you.

Tiffany

Sounds wonderful, and this post is beautiful. Even though I'm not one of the ones you thanked, I feel like I'm appreciated; isn't that weird?!

I just read the comment you left on my blog. That was the best advice I've ever seen. You have got to do a "Dear Tiffany" post!

I swam in a cholorine-infused pool, drank Coke, ate fried okra, slept in my own bed, and enjoyed the company of 3 children, 1 teenager, and 4 adults.

OK, you win. Again.
What a sweet post! I should do something like this, I need to be more appreciative of the women in my life.

Thanks for the comment love over on my blog by the way! :)

LUCKY YOU! I want to go and get away from it all. I think ALL women should designate some time for themselves...we tend to forget about OUR needs! GOOD FOR YOU TIFFANY!!
Man, a weekend to beat all weekends with your man and now a weekend of girliness--you are living the life!!!!

Ohhhhh! That sounds like heaven. Where did you go? I would love to do something like that. Funny that at one point you and I were probably doing similar things. I was chanting at an inaguration of a yoga studio.
